Subletting apartment interest!

Hi all, reaching out to see if anyone would be interested in leasing a room in One Easton. I already signed the lease but some circumstances came up and I’m not able to move in there anymore. The cost is 1275 a month for a one bedroom, and I would be willing to cover the 50 a month for a parking pass or split utilities with you.
The complex itself comes with a lot of amenities, such as a big 24/7 gym, an outdoor patio area, and quiet study rooms for students.
