Yeah that’s a baby. I wouldn’t put her at a year old at all. Look how small she is compared to those kittens, who are like 3 weeks old maybe- and look at her face and build. She still has a baby body.

I have two year old cats who still have that face, especially one still looks a lot like a kitten, but he's not

Yeah I have a girl who stopped growing at 7 months and her nickname is kitten head, but her body is still different from how it was when she was a kitten.
Cats can get pregnant as early as 5 months.
