Question is anyone else’s heart rate high while laying down and or sleeping?

my sleeping heart rate is on the higher end (not technically tachycardia but it’s usually between 60-85ish and if i’m laying down but still awake it can be as high as like 115-120 :( does anyone else experience this? and even if my resting/ laying down heart rate isn’t tachycardic it’s still on the higher end of “normal”

Yes this happens to me all the time

Almost every time I wake up from a nap or from sleeping at night my heart rate spikes I actually feel the worse in the morning that I do all day

Same! I asked my autonomic function specialist and he said it’s not POTS related?… he was also a major asshole and looking for ways to dismiss me so who knows

Yes. I have an incredibly tough time falling asleep because of my increased heart rate. It's also tough to wake up in the morning or after a nap. I feel at my worst.

Sometimes I’ll check my sleep app and it says my heart rate was high it’s usually 80-85. There’s times I’m laying down because I’m dizzy and my heart rate monitor keeps going off. It tells me my heart rate is high after ten min of inactivity it’s usually 100-115.

Yes. It keeps me from falling asleep. I also get hr spikes during the night and after waking up. My sleeping hr is 50-100 every single night. Mornings are the worst. It takes an hour for it to settle down
