Support PSVR2 Controller not connecting

I just got a refurbished psvr 2 today from GameStop. I haven’t had any issues with it other than the left controller will just not connect to my console. I plugged the right one in and pressed the home button, connected immediately. The left one just won’t.
The controller works, when I press the home button I see a light and when I charge it I see a light. I googled some common fixes and tried them all. Nothing works.
I charged it, I used multiple different usb c cables, I tried different ports, I tried the hard reset pinhole, I restarted my PlayStation, I went into settings and forgot the controller, I tried every solution I could find and nothing works. If anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it

You can also try a controller factory reset

You need a supported Bluetooth device to connect both controllers. I got a new strong PC last year, and the internal Bluetooth could not connect two controllers at a time. I got a supported dongle and later a PCIe card to handle this. The Sony site lists which Bluetooth devices work.

Intel-based PCIe cards like the Intel AX210 or AX211 (Wi-Fi 6E + Bluetooth 5.x modules) with external antennas are compatible and surveyed to provide the most stable Bluetooth connections for the hand controllers.  I see those on Amazon for $30.  if your internal Bluetooth does not connect to two controllers, you might just need a PCIe card.

I used the ASUS BT500 dongle with a USB extension cord for six months and had OK luck with it. I had to occasionally unplug and replug when the signal became weak for some odd reason. I read that Bluetooth skips channels depending on signal interference. The extension cord helped by getting the transmitter away from the computer and electronic interference, but it would still drop a signal on occasion. The unplug and replug got it to find a suitable channel again for a while.

A card with an antenna is the way to go. I finally installed the TP-Link WiFi 6 AX3000 PCIe WiFi Card (Archer TX3000E) that I got from Amazon for about $30. I have had zero problems with it for months. It just works.
