Filler

This is what you drink from Pepsi. Nothing but mold. Inside the filler that fills your product.

I clean the filler every week it does get pretty gross at the start I usually find I few spots that make me dry heave a few times, but when I’m done you can wipe a white cloth all over and won’t find any I’m pretty proud of that.

Par for the course. When I first hired in, we had an 8 hour window to clean the fillers and now, we’re lucky to get 6 hours of cleaning in. And then they blame us for the lack of cleanliness 😂. They like to push as much product without preventative maintenance, cleaning, etc., and then expect everything to be perfect all the time 😂. We just got finished with an overhaul, so everything looks great right now 😂. But also, our blow mold just shit the bed and they can’t find the part anywhere, so I’m sure we’ll be cleaning again and/or doing rework, because can line is still a shit show after their overhaul.

We don’t even get that. We get 1 guy who has to do all the lines on Sunday night.

I work as a mechanic and your statement couldn't be more accurate. If you don't mind me asking, what type of filler and BM do you have? I always pray that I won't be starting production after an overhaul haha

I’m honestly not even sure the types of fillers. All I know is that we’ve got one that runs 20/16.9 on one side of the building and then we’ve got a can filler, a 1&2 liter filler, and a BIB filler on the opposite side of the building. I’m just a professional pallet repair technician, who sometimes cuts through the filler rooms to go on break 😂

Also, we were informed last week, after 20oz blow mold took a dump, that the replacement part isn’t available until April…and that MAYBE there’s a spare part in Cincinnati somewhere 😂

Yeah we do but the spray ball pumps have been broke for 3 months so it does absolutely nothing.
