Tips for upcoming googl intern

I will be joining as a sd intern in summer 2027 , I want to know how can i maximize my chance of getting PPO and what things they expect from the interns to know before handed ? Also how's the PPO rate ,what things can we lean beforehand that will help us

There nothing extra which you can do to maximise chance of ppo

Its all org dependent and ppo rate is very low.

So my suggestion is do placement prep before and during intern time focus on your project. If your org have headcount then you are good to go.

This year conversation is lower than previous and it was already pretty bad, but you have significant time before your placement starts so grind for placements and but at the same time don't miss out on ppo try to get strong hire and be on good terms with your host/co-host...
