And what can I do to improve it? It feels like my bone structure just...falls off or something, and my throat is really protruding.

Is it shoulder muscles imbalance or some other thing

So a bit of context : I've had one shoulder blade constantly up since I remember (7th to 10th class). I started gym to lose weight and when doing heavy weights , my shoulder starts to pain.

(Exercises like bench press or shoulder press )

Moreover the side which has the shoulder blade sitting up(right side) is weaker than the other(left) , meaning I can't lift as much weight with the right as I can with the left.

I went to an orthopedic doctor he did a x-ray and told me one of the muscles in the front head of my shoulder(yes right one) is weak and then recommended physiotherapy.

In physiotherapy all they made me do is mobility exercises

(walk the wall with finger , axial shoulder exerciser and hand on the back stretch)

After weeks of doing them I saw no progress.

One thing I noted is that when doing lateral pull downs or any back exercises the back muscles of my right side don't activate as much.

I have been doing shoulder exercises with stretch bands(such as keeping it extended at shoulder level and slowly extending and relaxing the bands) as well as using a massager and stretching my shoulders. Am i doing something wrong or does it take a lot of time.

(I do shoulder exercises once a week and stretch and put a heating pad on my right side twice a week , I have been doing this since past month).

P.s. It is my first time posting so please forgive me if I did something wrong

I did this exercise for a few days and now I have terrible headaches. Mostly in the front and sides. It's worse when I look down.

Back pain which doesnt go away for months

Hi!
Since April, I’ve had persistent lower back pain that started after an illness with heavy coughing. The back pain feels like the same deep pressure and tightness each time, while the calf tightness often affects both legs. I’ve had two lumbar MRIs at different facilities, and both were negative for significant abnormalities or nerve root compression or SI joint or etc except the lordosis which is straight.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Whats is this? Should i just strenghten my core (work in an office) and all will be fixed? By the way the pain is not worsening much much but pretty annoying. It i bend over the pain will be therere for longer.

Btw doc said probably the problem is my posture

((Posted this yesterday but took it down due to wrong photos))

I’ve been to a physiotherapist and he said that yes, my back is overly curved. I get a lot of back pain when I walk long distances, wash dishes, hand clothing out on the line, etc. Is my back actually that bad, and what can I do to help with the pain I get?

Assessments Shoulders;lower back normal?

Been having a lot of tension and pain around the neck area and lower back as well. Do my shoulders seem rounded? I’ve had my clavicles on display for as long as I can remember, don’t know if that’s normal. Mostly sleep on left side in a fetal position.

If someone has moderate to severe upper cross and lower cross syndrome (neck hump, rounded shoulders, forward neck posture, anterior pelvic tilt, etc) in addition to obesity, how much height can improve realistically?

I’m 168cm forcing myself to stand tall and when lying flat on floor and putting on leg up to fully decompress spine, it’s around 171cm. Is that the upper limit I can get to by fixing all three? (Obesity, lower cross syndrome and upper cross syndrome)

i have a pelvic rotation and saw over 4 pt. on pushed my right si joint to the back and the left to the front to help my rotation but then i had lnee pain. the last one put but si joint on posterior tilt mode which feel much better for the knees but i have suddenly hip pain.

its been 3 weeks and my pelvis is still on posterior mode.should i go see another pt… cant go to the last one he was the worst and gave me a strain i am waiting for a new pt hes good with exercises only.

Question Forward head, lordosis, scoliosis, and my back muscles just give up when I try to stand straight. Need real exercises that work

Hey guys, I need some real help. My biggest issue right now is my head and neck pushing way too far forward, mostly from looking at my phone all the time. On top of that, I also deal with lordosis and scoliosis.
Whenever I try to consciously pull my neck back and stand straight, I can only hold it for like a minute before my muscles get completely exhausted and I slump right back into turtle mode.
I even went to a physiotherapist, paid 80 euros just for them to tell me "yep, you have bad posture" and sent me home with zero actual advice.
The internet is so overwhelming with a million different exercises and I have no idea what actually works. If anyone fixed their tech neck / forward head posture, what are the actual, simple exercises that build endurance? Thanks a lot!

Help needed

I've been experiencing pain around my left scaptula area for a few weeks now. The pain started to get worse a few days ago and its really bothering my daily activity, I can barely do any movement that requires my left arm. I went to a walk in centre and they asked me to self refer to a physiotherapist which I did but I'm not quite sure when they would reach out to me. The picture is my back when I raise my arms up and bring it back down. I tried some exercises and stretches i saw online but I can't perform them due to the pain. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
