Uneven shoulders

I’ve noticed one of my shoulders sits higher than the other and my neck and body almost leans to one side when I am standing. Any idea why and how I can fix this?

Hi there, I have a bad posture and I'm on a journey to get back into good posture forever again.
Today, I tried the happy baby pose once again and I realized that my hip flexors hurt a lotwhen I pull the knees to the chest like in the picture
I have anterior pelvic tilt and I try to stretch the Psoas twide a day
I'm extremely tense and was wondering if it's normal that it hurts in this position
Second picture is my posture at the moment

Question What should I do for forward head posture and rounded shoulders?

I've been relatively glued to my computer for the last 2 years and as a result my posture has gotten much worse - APT, rounded shoulders, forward head posture and alsl flared ribs. There also appears to be a hump.

Been wondering if folks here experienced the same issues and how they combatted them. Thank you

Question Unable to breath correctly after tensing up too much for good posture?

Does anyone else experience this: when in your normal slouched posture and completely relaxed, breathing feels okay. Then when I try to sit up straight and tense too much, something under my lower ribs starts feeling really restricted and I can't breathe deeply anymore and start feeling bad. It only resolves after a couple of hours of lying down until my ribs get into a good position again and my diaphragm relaxes.

My issue is not so much only the posture (I have forward head posture, I'm on my phone too much, and also snapping scapula on the left shoulder) but that I have a bunch of other symptoms like dizziness (possibly cervicogenic) that my doctors and I can't quite figure out if it's coming from muscles, spine, nerves, brain, blood vessels or what, but definitely something in the neck, upper back and head area isn't quite right and I'll have to do a bunch of testing. So posting here to see if anyone else dealt with this, and to get a sense of what is normal and not normal.
