Waffle House catching strays. I have mad respect for WH employees - they work super hard and do a great job of getting shit done.

My wife bruises very easily, and one day, we went to a WH and she had a couple of bruises on her legs. This ~6'6" server whose name is Chadryan (one word) came up to us, put his hand on my shoulder, and asked if I put those bruises on her. I of course said no, but if I had said yes, even jokingly, there is no doubt in my mind that he would have dragged me into the parking lot and beaten me to death.

Don't put Waffle House employees in the same bucket as these spineless bastards.

If you started building walls and didn’t stop for 10 years there still wouldn’t be enough walls for Chadryan to put you through

Chadryan prolly wouldn't rape or allow others to do so.

Chadryan

Is this some name of the wind reference or free form naming?

I have no idea. He pronounced it like "Chad Ryan", 2 words. But introduced himself as "Chadryan one word"

Man, i dont beat women, but if some smuck pulls this on me its not going to play out the way he thought. Its a hell of a dangerous game to play. Honestly the implication alone would do it for me.

Im sure he was a tough guy tho, totally swooped you off your feet. If another man can do that to you he can do that to your woman. Just so you know.

^ a man whose shrieks would startle every housecat within 5 miles if he actually got in that fight

I didn't know there were weight classes for cruising, I thought it was just about which color of handkerchief goes where.

Holy shit you're as tough as Andrew Tate.

-2

u/Obosratsya 10d ago

Tate is another tough guy like that 6,6 fella. Same cloth. If a big dude throws his weight around its not a good sign. I just have a thing with tough guys.

Can he do it to me next ?

Only in front of your husband.

Pretty telling that you’re this insulted by someone asking questions to keep women safe.

1

u/Obosratsya 10d ago

Ah, is that what you think he was doing?

Is that the 6,6 part that gave that away? Do you prefer waiters manhandle your partner? What if youre out with your father? Usually leading with agression only gets agression back. The waiter could have handled it without the tough guy act, and it is this act in particular that will def get him at some point.

Doesn’t sound like the waiter was acting tough, just was inherently intimidating due to mass. Not sure how you connected confronting the partner of someone covered in bruises to that same person sexually assaulting (“manhandling”) your partner. If I was out with my father and covered in bruises, I’d probably appreciate the opportunity to escape an abusive situation if I could.

This is the most virgin comment I’ve seen on this virgin infested website.

Also, is r/iamverybadass still a thing?

I don't have anger issues but if someone even thought to look out for my spouse I would explode in an extremely violent way for absolutely no reason at all. -you

Waiters and bartender have a way to do this without threats and physical violence. What this waiter doesnt realize throwing his weight and size around is that when he does that and makes physical contact, he escalates a potentially dangerous situation. People have been shot for less. He put that woman in danger.

You say you dont have anger issues yet your mind jumps to a violent explosion. People can make there displeasure known in more civilized manner. I also cant just go swinging, im a boxer, the judge will throw the book at me. Hence I cant and dont start fights. I know how to control agression and use it as an instument, its a big part of boxing. But I can defend myself and my wife. If the waiter chooses to keep escalating its out of my hands.
