If poor people cannot afford to live here, maybe we should just tax the rich.
We originally suggested having work situations that pay a living wage, offer benefits, and no risk of being fired for no reason, but the wealthy have said no again and again for decades.
So, tax the rich it is. Subsidized housing, busses, childcare, and medicine.
