By this point, Subaru already knows there are more isekaied people other then him. Like Alec hoshin.
He also is pretty certain Al is also from Japan by arc 3.
So the most the star puzzle says is that Flugel is as well.
The only reason for Subaru to think they are connected is Shaula.
But she isn't exactly all there, and he is used to people thinking he is some he's not. Like Wrath thinking he is Betelgues or Betelgues thinking he is Pride.
