Funny that you are ok with politicians and judges treating you like cockroaches in filth.

No wonder the brisitishers were able to rule us for so long, so many loyal servants.

If, after everything the current regime has done wrong — every controversy, every failure, every broken promise, and every self-inflicted political wound — a strong, credible opposition still cannot emerge, then the problem cannot possibly lie with the ruling regime alone.

At some point, the opposition has to look in the mirror. Because when a government hands you so many opportunities to hold it accountable, yet you still cannot convince the public that you are a credible alternative, the failure is no longer just the government’s. It is yours, too.

When opposition tries doing its work then there is a lot of money spent in creating propaganda and discredit them. Opposition MPs are threatened with ED CBI or are poached by throwing some money around and parties are broken. Sitting chief ministers are arrested and also kept in jail during time for elections on basis of allegations which later turn out to be false.

Any question , protest etc is easily claimed to be foreign funded and false narratives are peddled using National Media which is already sold out. RSS and BJP headquaters worth 500 cr are being built across multiple districts and no body seems to be questioning their sources of funding as well. Police is being used as their personal Mercenaries and if after all that your only questions go out for opposition to do better while you sit down doing nothing then you are not neutral but someone who enjoys seeing institutions of this country being destroyed

I agree with everything you’ve said. But you’re missing my point. Despite all these opportunities, the opposition’s own internal politics, dynastic preferences, sidelining of merit, and lack of credible, incorruptible leadership are equally part of the problem. The government’s failures have created the opportunity; the opposition has failed to turn it into a credible alternative. Criticising that failure isn’t endorsing the government.

And this isn’t about one party. No party seems willing to break the cycle; they’d rather play the same game and benefit from it. Even the Gen Z movements haven’t managed to build a credible, clean alternative. So the question is: are there really no incorruptible people left, or are the incorruptible simply more comfortable with the status quo than with the cost of challenging it?

Problem is not just opposition, problem is so called andbhakts who are happy being brainwashed with the BJP ideology and not able to see a better option. People are so badly brainwashed that even if they are not given vaccines in Covid and they have seen there close relatives die, even when they know that govt treated them as lab rats they are still open and happy to be treated like that. These termites are the bigger threat to the country

Well I don't disagree with you but also there is a constant effort to name every person raising voice as corrupt and some or other dirt is thrown on them by desperate attempt of governments. So you are right just that we should be much more careful about who is corrupt and who is painted to be corrupt

That’s a fair point, and I agree we must distinguish between actual corruption and attempts to paint someone as corrupt. But even if we give any opposition the benefit of every doubt, why haven’t they built credibility through clear, uncompromising positions? Take the E20 ethanol issue: imagine if they had pledged to keep their own leaders and MPs out of ethanol-related businesses or keep them out of the party. That alone would have demonstrated integrity. They repeatedly have opportunities to distinguish themselves, yet seem unwilling to sacrifice the same funding networks and benefits they accuse the ruling party of exploiting. Meanwhile, on the ground, people judge their lives against yesterday and the previous generation. If they perceive their lives to be improving, that perception can outweigh institutional concerns. That’s the reality any opposition must confront if it wants to become a credible alternative.

We’re just fodder for them in the whole corrupt system.
