Pretty sure it's all fake.

There are pictures of her "getting an ultrasound" surrounded by "doctors" who look like fucking roadmen wearing balaclavas and shirts that say "NOT THE NHS".

It's straight out of mid-00s porn. Wouldn't surprise me if Johnny Sins was her OB-GYN.

Why does she need to have healed from the c-section? You don't think someone as sick as her would go back to work with a little wound? She loves her work, she wouldn't let the healing process stop her from loving her job. The baby paid for the repair alright, and alot more.
