Who do you think was the first? I’m gonna go with Andrew Jackson. Maybe even Thomas Jefferson!
Edit : after further research, according to ChatGPT
After Resolute was retired and broken up, Queen Victoria had a large, elaborately carved desk made from its timbers. Built by William Evenden at Britain’s Chatham dockyard, it was presented to President Rutherford B. Hayes to commemorate the Americans’ generosity.
For decades, presidents used it mainly upstairs in the White House. John F. Kennedy was the first to use it in the Oval Office, in 1961. It became especially recognizable through the famous photograph of little John F. Kennedy Jr. peeking through the opening beneath it while his father worked.
So specifically the desk I’m gonna go with JFK as the first to get serviced at the desk in the oval office
Unfortunately the Resolute Desk was a gift from England, whom we had a strained relationship with at the time. So it couldn’t have been Jackson. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was Kennedy by THE Marilyn Monroe

Trump wouldn’t be the first POTUS to get some sloppy top, while sitting at the resolute desk.
