My only hope is that her comments about being a lawyer don’t just get resolved by her being fired. She should still face consequences for that in California where the complaint was made
She is a lawyer (has a JD) but she is not an attorney bc she never passed the bar. She fucked up by calling herself an attorney. And i agree, the fact that more of these stooges dont face consequences for their actions is mind blowing. Every attorney that brought fake election nonsense in 2020 with out proof or probable cause should have been sanctioned. We also give judges to much power and should have more recourse to those that clearly break the law like taking lux gifts from ppl with business in front of the court (thomas).
I’m a licensed attorney in Iowa but I work down in Tennessee now. In both states lawyer and attorney are the same. I’ve never heard that stupid lawyer/attorney distinction except on Reddit frankly
I’m a lawyer across the pond and we differentiate the two. Lawyer is an umbrella term for all fee earners, Solicitors, Barristers and Advocates are qualified lawyers.
