I actually just now, like 5 minutes ago, finished my online work Harassment training and your face looking like a truck stop bathroom isn’t a protected class. They could absolutely say facial tattoos are unprofessional, with the exception on if the tattoos had religious significance.

Though yes just not saying anything is always the safest bet for hiring managers.

And it's true, she factually does look a lot like a defaced school desk. It's not defamation etc if it's factual.

If someone genuinely resembled a Walrus in the body, even if factual, it wouldn’t be kind to tell them that. In a professional context? It’s diabolical 🥴

What's that got to do with tattoos. This is a choice, someone's weight is physical and a medical issue, tattoos are not.
