Treating your skin (an organ) as a piece of paper is a mental illness. If I began to cut crosses with a scalpel on my skin people say I need a mental health professional. If I do the same but with someone else putting toxic ink they say wow cool tattoo.

What if they ink the area of their arshole, like with a spiderweb or a “I love you Luis” using the arshole as the O in the love word? Is that still mental illness? Asking for a friend

For all I care they can tattoo hole in one to their ass. Its just the levels of looney from a little body ruin to straight up Looney Tunes tier
