What immediately wrecks it are the assertions that the model sold is totally going to have those capabilities.

I'd be surprised if they ever sold a model with this stuff attached other than as a marketing gimmick. Forget street legal someone does this at home and they are going to just end up flipping the car over or landing straight upside down and crush the car with them inside it. Its literally a button that causes the car to crash.
