I didn't even know she was gay.  I just found her to be functionally unqualified.  Unlike Jen Psaki, who I didn't love because she carried water for the worst president in modern times (though, after two more years of Trump, we'll see if that holds), but who was good at her job.

With the other one, she graduated from law school, I would give anybody the courtesy of letting them call themselves a lawyer if they, in fact, have a law degree.

You may give her the courtesy, but the state of California, and in all other states, calls it a crime.

The press secretary serves at the discretion of the president so him picking a literal criminal is par for the course.

Not only that, calling yourself a lawyer before passing the bar would most likely bar you from becoming barred. The whole ethics thing, ya know?

Except she never intended to practice law.  So the Bar is not a relevant body whose ethics matter.  I would call somebody a psychologist if they had a PhD in psychology, whether or not they were licensed to practice.  I woudl call somebody a dentist if they had a dental degree whether or not they ever practiced dentistry.  The degree earns you the title.  I don't much care what California says, as it is a shit hole filled with morons.  I say this as a Californian

Again, it's every state that considers it a crime. She has claimed on multiple news outlets that she was an attorney and she gave legal counsel. This is verfiable with a simple google search. And it is directly relevant to ethics as you must pass an ethics board in order to be allowed to even take the bar. Let's go back to having standards please.

Degrees doesn't give you the lawyer or attorney title. Passing boards and Bar exams are how we determine the person knows what they're claiming to know.

Would you trust a surgeon who wasn't board certified? I know I wouldnt.

My friend, you can call him whatever you want. The point I'm trying to make is that that Dr can't go around saying they're board certified and able to practice when they're not, which is what Zacharia did.
