One exists and is wildly useful. The other is self indulgent bullshit to distract from the fact that Tesla is a terrible company that would be bankrupt without the circus act.
Also America profits from European investors money ...
If all of a sudden all this money only goes to Europe .. It will profit EU R&D in all useful domains... and pseudo flying car is not in this list atm.
