I'm sorry but there's enough dangerous idiots on the road, we don't need them flying through the sky too. They hit a traffic jam are they just going to yolo uncalculated kickflip boost attempt over it to get home quicker ?

Trust me there are already plenty of dangerous idiots in the sky as well. I know ive encountered them up in the air as im sure most pilots have.

I actually have a story for that.

One of our river spots in Western Washington will get islands in late summer, perfect for bush pilot landings with those fat tires.

There was a guy that would land on one of those islands with his dog, throw out a lounge chair, and proceeded to get fucked up drunk.

We'd see him from the beach, slop tit drunk, trying to load up the dog and chair, stumbling around the plane checking things, then he'd just take off.

Uncontrolled airport which have no tower or controller are the most common type in the US since there are so many. You have to be on the proper frequency for that airport and make your callouts hoping whoever else is in the area actually is listening. Ive had to abort a landing while I was in short final once because some jack ass decided he was going to take off the opposite direction while not being on their radio.. Gotta be on your toes
