Being English, you should know better. I watch football all the time and I constantly see dudes booting the ball 50ft over an empty net and that’s with a perfectly round ball…
That doesn't account for the pressure of having to angle it over the keeper and the multiple defenders you have trying to stop you getting a clean shot off.
Rugby is pretty big in Europe. Penalties in that are very similar to American football and the ball is basically the same.
There is no end. 33 yards is already a huff and it's already narrower and the ball is funky. His point wasn't about the size of the goal it was about the skill and power required when hitting the net is already incredibly difficult. You were just being pedantic and somewhat incorrect.
If it's so easy every dad in engerland would be in the NFL, they're not just giving out 3 million dollars to people for something that easy.
I am surprised more rugby or aussie rules football players aren't in the NFL, then again they're punting not place kicking so who knows.
It's because the NFL just isn't that good. Don't know what to tell you. Soccer and Rugby are international, hell so many sports are. NFL is still stuck in some shit hole of a country. Just because there's lots of money behind it doesn't mean it's good. I mean even that's a point to itself, there's soooo much money behind NFL yet it's still not global, not even close. Says a lot doesn't it
That's a dumb take, and this is coming from someone who doesn't really care about football. It's like 4th or 5th.
Salaries are pretty consistently higher in the NFL then the other sports, exception being EPL, who are in the midst of a cheatinhg scandal that drove salaries up andvrvrn is still just on par.
Rugby being international,l and anywhere near the popularity of football, lolk, you must be trolling.
Thirdily, the games played overseas are massively popular and consistently sold out in the biggest stadiums in those countries. So again, an acutely stupid thing to say.
Soccer is accessible, football is almost prohibitive because of the cost. Their popularity isn't comparable both culturally and economically, additionally soccer's power and wealth is spread across like 5 leagues while the NFL is a singular league, it's not artificially inflated, they get that revenue because it still is consistently the highest rated and viewed programming you can find.
It's not the NFL's fault your poor ass counties don't have the infrastructure to play football on a serious level.

I'm English so probably misinformed but this really doesn't look that difficult?
