Mobile I cannot defeat queen bee
I tried to fight her with my friend fifteen times and we couldn't defeat her until we got Melting Armor, which made me feel like I cheated, so I created a new world where I only play with a yo-yo, where I got Amazons and Crimson Armor, but I still couldn't defeat her. Any advice?

Highly recommend hunting around in the jungle until you get a bezoar from hornets - the poison from that fight can be a big problem if you aren't good enough at regularly avoiding it. A slimy saddle from king slime can also help if you have a hard time avoiding the dashes.

Keep trying. You only fail once you give up.
That and figure out why you fail. Do you get hit? Do you got the mobility to dodge? Is your defense high enough to ignore the chip damage? Do you panic?

Looks like the actual issue is they are fighting her in an arena build on the surface

Tell me what happened during the fight. Did you make 3 platforms vertically with good distance between them so you can jump between them during the dashing phase? Did you make a big area to fight her in with bombs? Preferably don't fight in her hive cuz it's small.
Have an open area above you so you can hit her during her hovering phase. And use a reasonabley consistent long range weapon (undertaker,boomstick,musket,etc) you have lots of downtimes during using yoyos cuz she flies fast so you only get 1-2 hits during her dashing attacks. Even spiky balls are good to put on platforms for her dash phase.

Yes, I built a huge arena on the surface to get enough space and I managed to make her HP 146, but the small bees hindered my movement and then she killed me.

On the surface? Doesn't the Queen Bee enrage if you fight her outside the underground jungle?
FYI enraging means she moves faster, shoots faster, generally more aggressive.

For the future you should know that bosses that can only spawn in one biome generally enrage outside of it.
At least one despawns, and a couple don't care at all and just follow you normally though

Funny how different some of us players are lol.
You said you felt like cheated cause you defeated it with Molten Gear. I’m the type of player who would rather be overgeared, so best believe I already had full Molten Gear and the Night’s Edge + pots when I fought it. Felt pretty good for me lol

Use cthulu shield and dash toward her when she dashes at you. Only tip no one else has mentioned.

Yoyos are not exactly a good choice for queen bee, they have no pierce and you are going to get overwhelmed by the small bees.
Can you show your accessories? Arena? Full inventory? Which buffs you are using?
There's plenty more to a boss fight than just your armor and weapons.
