• Family Guy - In a deleted scene, Evil Stewie is shown entering the bully's house and giving him a noogie. It seems rather harmless until Stewie mentions "Why's his knuckle turning red?" Then screams of the bully are heard, implying that Evil Stewie noogied his head so hard it punched a hole through the bully's head.

• Old (2021) - In a deleted cold opening, a man is shown crawling and shouting for help in the aging island. What makes this more terrifying is that this person could originally have been a baby or child, it's implied since he's walking on all fours

In the S1 episode "Hooked", SpongeBob is warned about the hooks, fishermen's bait to drag them out and turn them into food products. But Patrick thinks it's an amusement park and insists they go there play on the hooks, and when he and SpongeBob are walking by, Patrick comments on how there was a child playing there earlier... cut to a pair of shoes abandoned out there, indicating the child was hooked by the fishermen.
