Them bringing back Optimus in RID after his beautiful sacrifice in the finale of TFP was dumb (also hate how they written him) 🥀

99% of RID was dumb. So much of even the best of it was based upon tearing down good things from Prime.

Also Soundwave trying to destroy earth to alert Megatron doesn’t make sense given that Megatron RETIRES at the end of TFP 😭🥀

He wouldn't know that since he was on Earth, but that doesn't matter. It isn't even consistent with when he tried that same scheme in Season 2. His original design in that very season wouldn't have destroyed the planet and as far as he knows Megatron explicitly wanted Earth in one piece to conquer.

Atleast the Artstyle was cool though

It's probably an bias on my end since RiD introduced me to transformers, but it's honestly one of my fave 3D animated projects artstyle wise.

The Artstyle alone is doing most of the heavy work for RiD, and I think that it does make up for most of the more worse aspects of the show.
