1 year since Interview

Going to be one year since interview, PD: October 2024

Anybody have any recommendations on what steps I should take, if any, or should I just continue to wait.

case status: visa held in abeyance (since my PD was not current when the interview happened)

Exact same situation as u, interviewed when my pd wasnt current, 1 yr post interview nothing, i sued and got my gc recently. Search up wom on this sub
