Guaranteed tip means what you see on the screen is what you get. For example food order showing $10 for 2 miles im getting paid the $10 where base fare is $2 customer left $8 tip they can’t take the tip away.
Everything in my market is guaranteed except for Walmart, Home Depot, clothing deliveries (basically shopping).
