What happens in U of A's Office of Institutional Equity

In light of Cornell, in light of the U of A disbanding of some and pausing of all fraternities for an "egregious" amount of misconduct, and then suspiciously quickly clearing many of those same fraternities, and in light of other individual's investigations like this horrific finding about the amount of acts of sexual violence in September alone, I think the Tucson community is entitled to an annual report by the U of A's Office of Institutional Equality about their "work."

Other institutions like Columbia provide this information.

I, and many others I have spoken to, have found OIE's work to be shoddy and negligent at best, and structurally designed to protect the system over its people at worst.

Any media here? Would love to read more about this.

Provost Folks eviscerated OIE. She cut funding so they had 2 people doing all the work, and they reported to her so could not proceed without her approval (which she never gave). No idea if Provost Prelock has fixed it or decided it works for her the way it was.
