Is this corn?

Google said it might be but I’m sure someone here would know. I have chickens & this is right beside their coop. They have treats with corn kernels in them, this has never been there before and I’ve seen nothing similar anywhere else in my yard. Find it hard to be a coincidence something growing right beside where they eat looks exactly like corn, but isn’t corn lol.

Could also be milo, barley or sorghum. Often in bird seed mixes so get 'deposited' wherever the bird/chicken has been. If left alone and doesn't freeze, cornstalks will grow 4+ feet while milo, barley or sorghum will stay right around 3 feet. I would just let it grow-whatever it is, wouldn't be edible but you could harvest the seeds and replant next year right next to your coop to keep the weeds down. (If racoons, squirrels aren't a problem.)
