Northside Hills Aparments- Morgantown
Does anyone know anything about these apartments? Would this be a good choice?

They suck but they work. Landlord is also a pretty big pain. My apartment flooded due to a washer above me running for three days straight and I was home on break and no one called to notify me. If I didn’t have cameras I would have never known. Tried to get me to still live there with mold growing everywhere. Had to threaten a lawsuit plus calling the health department before they would move me units.

My friends daughter lived there in 2024. Her toilet started leaking from the flow valve. They fixed it and brought her some fans to help dry out her bedroom. It started growing mold in a few days. They wouldn't do anything else to help her. She had to get WVU Legal Services involved to break her lease. She moved up to the Domain.
