Advice: Seeking ❓ Advice needed!
I am a F 161cm and 52kg, my stomach is mostly flat however, I have a small bump towards my lower abdomen.
I've seen several videos online of people lacking that/having a completely flat stomach.
How would I go about getting rid of that? I've been to the gym for a couple months and it seems that's an incredibly stubborn bit.
Does anyone have any diets or anything they've used that's helped with the same issue or something similar?
Thanks!

i believe youre talking about the extra protection for your uterus! its very normal and i think its actually very pretty, especially since its your body making sure your organs are protected well!
if im right and that's what we're talking about, i dont think youre actually able to get rid of it (but i might be wrong) as its literally your uterus haha 🫶

Maybe you're right!!
I don't particularly hate it, it's just a little frustrating seeing people without it.
Almost like it's another step im missingBut thank you!!

You’re already very small, but I guess another 5-10 lbs wouldn’t hurt as far as BMI goes. However, I feel like you might just be self conscious because again, you are at a very healthy weight…

How much ab exercises do you do? There are exercises that target that area? I was doing 250 different types of ab exercises. Took me 3 months to build up. And I could have done more looking back. Doesn't take long once you have established the exercises. Maybe 25 minutes? Get a trainer to help you with that specifically?

It's flat because of perfecting angles, lighting and contracting their abs slightly.
Stop comparing yourself to influencers...its fake.
But you have a extra organ( vs men), a uterus, depending on time of month..you may have more "pooch"
Also, you may have jacked up hips, with your pelvis tilted forward making it more pronounced looking. Look up anterior pelvic tilt
