Advice: Seeking ❓ Body Changes

I (f25) am 5'9. I was diagnosed with cancer 6 years ago, went through chemo, was in remission, re diagnosed, went through chemo, was in remission, got rediagnosed, got married, went through chemo again, and am now in remission again. My body has gone through more changes than I can count, including removal of an ovary, appendix, removal of abdominal tissue (like 6-pack muscle) and addition of biological mesh.

After the second diagnosis and chemo, I worked out to regain muscle mass and strength, and eventually weighed 155-160 lbs, and I felt so good in my own skin.

But after the third diagnosis, getting married and chemo, I gained 20 lbs within a month. I didn't usually keep up with my weight but when I go in for doctor's visits I can't help but notice changes. And most recently I was at 195.

I don't know where to start. I don't know if I'm just eating more, or if it's a soda intake thing, or if it's my depression meds (Lexapro and Aripiprazol). But I feel so heavy and sad about the way I look rn and idk what to do.

TLDR: help with deciding what caused weight gain--antidepressants, eating habits, soda, or something more?

Any help would be great.

Your body been through so much, is incredible you still standing after all that. Maybe try tracking what you eat for one week without changing nothing, just to see patterns
