I’m actually still irritated that Bieliauskas left. He and Rapp were priming to become a great modern big man duo. Have fun doing nothing and being completely irrelevant at South Carolina I guess

He listened to the money. He’s a 20 something man who was playing pro basketball in Lithuania, he’s not looking to “develop” or build a connection to a school. He’s here to get paid until he has to go back to Europe.

I liked Bieliauskas but he and Rapp kinda do the same thing. AB was big last year as Rapp was struggling to find his footing early in the season but as he figured it out it became clearer we didn’t need two big men who can shoot well but cant play defense that well (and Winter isn’t far off from this archetype, although he certainly is more well rounded than the other two). Excited to see what the guy we got from Hofstra can do as he seems more of a true rim protector.

I've seen Carrington at volleyball games with Janicki. He gets into it!
