Interns to full time conversion

Is it true that UG interns don't go for a full-time role at world bank as opposed to a master's student? Usually masters students are considered for a full-time post their internship and the same doesn't apply to ug? Any examples from past where ugs were chosen?

Can any world bank employee please confirm this?
