The rest of the billing will be charged to project WBS. I think that is fine, but I do a lot of Adhoc and use AI during those tasks. For those who are using for 1000 dollars it's gonna be difficult going back. I hope they bring some experimental money. How we are gonna be reinventors with 29$ to reinvent? ( An single big context api call on frontiers models costs 40$)

I guess it depends on which team you're on, since most of my colleagues didn't have Claude. It had a $500 limit even for interns, and with my tasks, it was almost impossible to hit the limit. I'm based in Europe, though, I don't know if that makes a difference.

No like how do you get it? Just sign in with Accenture id?

You search for Claude enterprise on the Accenture Portal in Edge and then join the waiting list. (Or you can receive a code from your supervisor and bypass that list)

Do we even need claude subscription except for internal projects?
Client projects provide their own subscription, right? What am I missing here?

5YOE JAVA + Spring boot

u/Easy_Ask_4265 23h ago
Any opinion on how market is for 1.5-2yoe?
1
u/nonu_kumaoni 13h ago
Market is always stable and unstable parallely, if you've the indemand skills(dev or devops skills) then you can switch anytime. Keep upskilling.

u/Easy_Ask_4265 13h ago
I assume if I only know SpringBoot it is not possible to switch ig. For 1.6yoe is cloud + SpringBoot good enough? Also if u have time, can u share what kind of dsa and Java related questions were asked to you?

A few things for folks impacted:
1) Claude opus 5.5 is available thru the FULL copilot app via teams (it’s on the left hand side, one of the icons). Just switch Copilot to Opus5.5 from the top right hand side (copilot is just the harness for the LLM) AFAIK this is unlimited, sure you don’t get to use code or projects but at least this is better than nothing and should get you by.
2) Lessor Claude version are also available thru the Generate Insights chat- which about 300K consultants have access too…but don’t use, this is also seemingly unlimited- and has access to our various 3rd party data sources which we pay huge sums of money to use…but rarely access.
Just because you don’t have the desktop license does not mean you can’t access Claude, you just need to use a different harness.
All of these cry baby posts about $29 limits by yall show how soft we’ve become as consultants.
Problem solve, adapt, or become an FTE somewhere else.
