Interview Duration: Approximately 15 minutes

Technical Questions:

  • Questions related to the projects mentioned in my resume.
  • Discussion about my role, responsibilities, and contributions to the projects.

HR/Behavioural Questions:

  1. Tell me about yourself.
  2. What responsibilities have you handled as a leader?
  3. What have you learned from your mentor?
  4. What certifications have you completed?
  5. What are your plans for pursuing a master’s degree?
  6. Have you participated in any hackathons? What did you learn from the experience?
  7. Do you have any questions for us?

Preparation Tips and Suggestions:

My suggestion is to structure your answers while keeping them genuine and based on personal experiences. Wherever possible, relate your answers to real-life situations, explain what you learned, and highlight relevant values such as teamwork, leadership, continuous learning, and problem-solving that align with Accenture’s core values. Prepare your resume thoroughly, especially your projects, certifications, leadership experiences, and hackathon participation. Practising behavioural questions with specific examples can also help you answer confidently and naturally.

Both the projects I have in resume are solo projects, will only ask team projects or any Is fine

It's fine but team projects actually create a good impression in interviews because they show that you can work in an environment similar to a real production setup , they also shows that you can receive feedback, resolve conflicts, collaborate with others like a real production setup . So it's good to have one team project in resume

Know about the tech stack of your project, life cycle and flow of control , they can ask how do you implemented any particular component of your project and what problems do you face while doing so and how do you resolved that problem . And make sure you can defend each and every point in your resume
