Horns down AGGIES We WILL come back

I got a parking ticket after forgetting to move my car up in the west garage. I assumed I was fine because I checked online and there wasn’t a citation on my account, for my correct license plate. the ticket on my windshield has a wrong number listed, so I assume that’s why . should I call? or ignore it? or just suck it up and pay, it’s only $50. they have a photo attatched too 🙃

I know that honors program applications are due in december for all new students, but how exactly do you apply? I added that I was interested on common app and filled out the interest from the official website. I've gotten emails saying they've confirmed my interest, but none with a link or instructions on how to apply. The website doesn't have this information either.

prolly asked a lot but professors change! i have collins currently and i like the way he teaches but heard he’s awful for 258 (though he did say he has improved a lot since last semester). any recommendations? thank yall 🙏

There was a stand by American campus communities at the last home game and they were giving out camo towels, I went there after they were done and am really bummed out. I really want one, anyone know where I can be them if you know what I’m talking about?

Two Blackhawks and a Chinook in front of the MSC

Want to leave for austin right now and hitch keeps on postponing the trip! I dont know what to do

Any ags here play Geometry Dash? I need to find some friends who play.

My family is coming into town in two weeks, we always go around college Station, but it’s getting kind of boring in my opinion. What is there to on the weekends in Bryan?

I think me and my family would prefer anything that is free lol. I plan on taking them downtown but is there anything else that we should check out?

Thanks!!!!

Noticed it only fairly recently cause it’s happened a couple of times, people just honk at me while passing by and it’s slightly annoying, usually I just ignore it but it’s happened too many times to be a coincidence.

Edit:

Kay, so the most likely thing why is either because I’m a person with long hair that wears cat ears on the daily, or it’s cause I’m Hispanic and easily spot able due to the constant sun exposure I’ve had over the past couple months. Either way the most surprising thing is I don’t get honked at as much whenever I have skirts on.

hi have yall heard anything regarding the traditional cohort like when we find out and the potential amount they want to take? has anyone called?

Howdy!!!

I was wondering if anyone knows anything abt financial aid for the tamu second degree BSN program in round rock? I just got accepted and was wanting to find scholarships and other aid.

Thank you!!

Hello, I'm in a bit of a unique situation and could really use some honest perspectives. I'm 20 years old, but I'm currently a first-year student. I did an engineering program in a French system, but I had to essentially start over when I came here. It's been a mental hurdle.I feel a bit behind my peers and just want to make sure I'm making the right move before committing. I have a few specific questions:

1. Job market reality: With all the talk about AI and layoffs, does Computer Engineering still have solid job prospects long-term? I see conflicting info online and it's stressing me out. Is the degree still worth it?

2. TAMU's program: Is A&M actually a good choice for CPEN specifically? How does the program hold up for internships and industry connections?

3. Student life: I know A&M has a huge campus culture, but as someone starting a bit older and restarting, is it easy to find your people? What's the vibe like for students in the engineering college?

4. Post-grad employment: For those who graduated recently. How fast did you find a job? Did the Aggie network actually help, or was it a grind?

I don't want to waste time or money if the path is shaky, but I also don't want to psych myself out of a good opportunity. Any insight would mean a lot.
Please don’t mind my English 🙏🏼

Hey guys, quick question I have my NSC advising scheduled for 12 January. And I’m afraid I’m gonna get really terrible classes because I’m a transfer and I don’t know like the system and my biggest fear is getting the evil professors for education or like some really mean professor so if there’s any education majors out there that would be willing to help out a friend. I would greatly appreciate that. If there’s any hack. Thanks!

Selling first deck seats to the A&M vs. Citadel game, dm if interested.

I remember before the season started Craver was a late first rounder. If I was him I would be pissed at losing guaranteed money. I would be having a serious meeting with Elko and Wiggins.

Howdy! I'm a PSA student and I just switched my major to Ag Econ. I'm wondering what focus I should choose and whether the focus matters much. I'm interested mostly in Finance and would've chose Financial Planning as my major if it were offered through PSA. Thanks!

No reason to start experimenting with a new quarterback especially in a low stakes game against the citadel. This can give us the chance to see hart’s potential in both the run and passing plays. Starting Marcel will only make him feel good about playing successfully against a nobody team. Gotta get a new feel about our office especially going into the gauntlet that is the rest of the season.
