All the ladybirds are safe and he’s gonna be fine. Just a few small puncture wounds that’ve been cleaned up and checked out.
He wants me to tell you all…”You should see the other guy!”
Update: Thank you all for the kind words. He’s back home safe and cuddling with his bondmate, Karoo. He’s gotten plenty of peas and we’ve got mealworms ready for breakfast along with some light pain meds and antibiotics.
Couple other answers to repeat questions:
Yes, we know his name means “crow”…all our birds were given names from avian-related One Piece characters. (Karoo, Karasu, Nami-Swan, Robin, Mihawk, and Doflamingo.)
The hawk actually ended up trapped between some thick growth that our birds use for cover and our chain link fence. It was pretty eerie…just sat there motionless with its wing pinned against the fence, staring at me with its beak wide open. I managed to free the hawk with a hoe rake I had nearby and it hauled ass away.
He’s very protective of Karoo, so I’m not surprised he tried to defend her…he’ll square up to our 100lb dog and any human getting too close to her. But if I’m being honest, I am a little surprised he was successful. He had some issues with his legs that some Peking ducks get from growing too quickly and although he walks normally now after some therapy…he’s still not exactly the most nimble and quick warrior. But hey, he got the job done!

for God's sake, Pocoyo and Ozzy Fox aren't Ai Slop.
The rigs were crafted by humans, the storylines and plots were written by humans, the characters were voiced by humans, the songs and soundtracks were composed by humans, the thumbnails and videos were edited BY HUMANS. They're only using an ai system THEY MADE to that lets the rigs follow their animation drafts.
They animate in 2D, then the rigs follow the 2D animations, creating 3D animations.
This isn't the classic case of "Type a Prompt"
I have made a mediocre visual representation of what I meant.

Half the guests cancelled in the time it took me to walk back from the store after buying all the food (and alcohol).
Edit: I know it's not Halloween yet. This is the week that worked for me.
Edit II: I love y'all. Did not realize Reddit had such a lust for mud pie/dirt. Another friend invited me out for drinks; life is good. AND I have the leftovers. Be well and stay spooky, friends.

Our “Love Fern” (yes I know it’s a Norfolk Pine) turns 9 this month! When we got married, we added dirt from both our childhood homes to this little guy. We now live in a zone that we can’t plant it outside, so it is slowly taking over our home. I’ve shared him in the past, but everyone loves a good birthday!

In france, people are protesting against inflation, high cost of living, deteriorating public services etc. protest is always part of democracy, but violent protest isn't the solution.
But in my opinion, govt should hear the people before it gets too late. France has a history of violent protests, so it always gets violent, which is really unfortunate.
Actually, the world economy is really weak after Covid, and leaders aren't putting enough effort to improve the economy. Whenever people feel that the govt isn't responding appropriately, they always raise their voice through protests.
But I want to remind those people who are crying for anarchy in india. That indian protests have been peaceful, they should see france, what is anarchy.
