70's / 80's / 90's Ambient / Drone recommendations please

I'm a big ambient / drone / new age, etc fan and have been collecting records for a good while now. I think I have a good knowledge of releases across the genre, probably from the 00's onwards with spatterings through older decades.

What I'm looking for is records perhaps off the beaten track from the 90's backwards. I'd love to start building up some records from the 70's / 80's / 90's that I may have missed. I obviously know the big hitters like Eno / Harold Budd / Hassell, etc so I'm looking for artists from the around the world that may have released some ambient / drone / modern classical / ethnographic adjacent stuff that may have slipped under the radar I guess.

Here's a few things from my collection that I own that I really like along the lines that I'm after. It's usually either someone trying something different (e.g. Hillage / Hinze) or someone coincidentally releasing something droning and dense like Presencer.

Steve Hillage – Rainbow Dome Musick: https://www.discogs.com/release/169782-Steve-Hillage-Rainbow-Dome-Musick
Alain Presencer – The Singing Bowls Of Tibet: https://www.discogs.com/release/3187138-Alain-Presencer-The-Singing-Bowls-Of-Tibet
Chris Hinze / Raghunath Seth – India Chintan: https://www.discogs.com/release/449052-Chris-Hinze-Raghunath-Seth-India-Chintan
Bruton - Underworld: https://www.discogs.com/release/1939085-Various-Underworld

Any suggestions welcome! :-)

There are two drone compilations called Swarm of Drones and Throne of Drones that are worth searching out. Artists include KK Null, Steve Roach, and Aloof Proof.

Stuart Dempster - Underground Overlays from the Cistern Chapel (1994)

Steven Micus - The Music of Stones (1989). Micus has quite a few other releases as well.

Gavin Bryars - The Sinking of the Titanic (originally released in Eno’s Obscure series, but I like the longer 1990 live version on Les Disques Du Crepuscule)

You might already be familiar with "Prati Bagnati del Monte Analogo" by Raul Lovisoni and Francesco Messina, but I absolutely love this album

1970s, from before when genre had a name and prior to / parallel with Eno and so on:

Final 2 tracks on Vangelis's L'Apocalypse Des Animaux

Tangerine Dream - Zeit double album, plus parts of Atem

Klaus Schulze - Cyborg double album, Irrlicht - absolute classics

Mid-1970s:

Tangerine Dream - Rubycon, parts of Phaedra

Klaus Schulze - Timewind (a still mindblowing classic), Dune, Mirage

Then going forward, on the US side, Michael Stearns (Planetary Unfolding, Lyra, Encounter - genre classics), Steve Roach (Structures From Silence, seminal album)
