Hello everyone, I'm a F38 fantasy artist from Italy. I struggle with consistency so I would love someone to chime in once or twice a week with a "show me stuff you did since last time" or something. Not sure I can work while videocalling or chatting, but I'm willing to give it a try. I'm native Italian but speak fluent English.
My lastest painting for sample, did it during a live event.

Helloo! I am a queer artist from Eastern Europe and I m looking for someone I can share my art progress, exchange constructive critique and motivate each other. I love playing video games, reading books (especially fantasy and romances), and watching horror movies, and obs, I love to draw. We can connect on insta (Christa_qdjj is my name and I think you have the link on my Reddit profile, dm me there or here and I ll follow you back and we can chat there) Here are some of my drawings. (Mostly my ocs and fanart). I m still learning when it comes to digital art, I ve barely hit one year since I started to draw digitally. I use Procreate. Hope I can find someone to chat about art š«¶

Hey Reddit artists, questionā¦
Imagine you are actual artist that never posted their work online, just bits and pieces once in a while but you share your work with the ones around you in real life. Youāve always drawn and are good at it, and actually a professional in your field but you are from a small country and have been living of your art from the connections youāve made irl. After years of colleagues, friends and family begging you to post online you start doing it. You have no community online you have an ok following but not crazy .. so here comes the question.. how do you enter the āart communityā?? What to join? what to do to get in without spamming the living life out of everyone with ālook this is what I didā without being a weirdo?? Because your work is good but when people go check out your other projects is little to be found because you havenāt posted it yet. Also I am against AI, I have all my receipts for my art, people that can vouch form me and just made my first livestream yesterday with no gate keeping. I donāt trace and have been drawing since ever and doing digital art since 2011. Can anyone give me some advice??

Hey everyone! Iām a 33M self taught artist from India. Iāve been doing digital art for years, but due to personal reasons, Iāve shifted towards traditional mediums and have been focusing more on oil painting lately.
Iām a bit introverted, so Iām not entirely sure how to go about this, but I thought Iād give it a shot. Lately, Iāve been struggling with motivation and focus. Itās been about 10 days since I last stepped into my studio, and I think having someone to talk to about art might help.
One of the hardest things about being a self taught artist is not having artist friends to share the journey with. Someone to exchange concepts, discuss techniques, share knowledge, give honest feedback, and talk about the struggles that come with taking your craft seriously.
Iām hoping to find someone whoās genuinely passionate about their craft, someone whoās a little crazy about art, just like me. Not an occasional hobbyist, but someone who really wants to keep learning and growing together.
My work mainly revolves around figurative art, exploring mood, storytelling, and emotion.
Sorry if this comes across as a little awkward. Iām not very good at putting myself out there, but if this sounds like you, Iād love to connect!
Any other suggestions are also welcomedĀ
