Go to the inteview and watch how it is conducted. Ask questions try to appear keen.
At least you know what to expect the next time you have a group interview
If you take the job carry on looking. And to be honest, temping at Tescos or Sainburies over Christmas will be better paying, you might even get some training on how to do the job.

I used to run the ASDA MAGICS years ago, not sure if they’ve changed but we always looked for that person that was willing to speak first in the ice breaker where you would speak to the person next to you and get to know them and feed it back to the group, we then had a challenge which would vary but our favorite was marshmallows and spaghetti and who can build the biggest tower in a group where we looked for those taking the lead but taking constructive critic from their team aswell where appropriate.
Just looked for a good team player.

I remember doing a Tesco one years ago, lead a team into making a great tower and didn't get an offer. Go figure.

If you get the job, keep looking for another one. This place isn’t worth being employed by, even if desperate I must be honest

Sorry but my only advice would be to not go and try and find something else....
