Hi all, I am a graduate student looking for a new apartment/house to rent when my lease is up in May. I am a very clean and responsible tenant looking for a clean, well maintained place to live. Preferably looking for an individual landlord as opposed to the large companies in Athens. Looking for 1-3 bed property with central heating and air and in unit laundry.
