Do these come empty or ready to run?

So you created this yourself? How are the shoulder straps constructed? Bag looks great!

The straps were anatomically designed and crafted by me, featuring a high-density foam interior.

I've got to know what end of the world situation are you preparing for? Or are you a professional EMT?

Not judging just curious

I am a police officer and have completed several courses in the field of combat medicine.
I put together my gear based on my specific tactical reality.

MARCH is the combat medic route of pre-hospital care, CABCDE is the EMT/Paramedic route. IMO everyone should have a response bag and know how to use it (less people would die overall) but OP is either a combat medic or larping a bit. Both require a further care plan for a patient requiring treatment from the response bag so not entirely suitable for end-of-the-world either
