I genuinely think that so few people can pull off a mohawk, unfortunately brother, it just doesn't look very good. I do however, think you would very look good with a more traditional hairstyle, or bald. Either option would be a big improvement

The little twirl in the front is off putting for this type of hairstyle imo. A Mohawk should have kind of a rebellious look to it, yours looks too uniform and even combed from the top view. Your hair also sits too close to your scalp for this to work.
I say shave it off man, I saw someone else in the comments show a photo where the top is cropped out and bro you would look greattt bald

I'm seeing a lot of people saying to shave it. I feel like if you style it, tease it to give it some volume, I think it'd look pretty sick. If you're adventurous, a couple highlights of color could make it tippy top tier. (From a woman's perspective)

I agree. If OP likes the mohawk, I think it could be reworked. This style isn’t working but maybe get a different stylist to try a few things before shaving it all off. Narrower? Shorter & spiked? Use product? Idk.

Idk if its just needing more length or some product to give it some style, but as is, it's not doing any favours. Try grow it oit more, style it or have your hairdresser do it better. If its the hairstyle you like, your hair grows well enough in that area that you could do it, jist needs a touch up.

Not to be a dick, but this isn’t a Mohawk, it’s effectively shaved sides and a stripe of hair - kind of looks like what someone who’s trying to be edgy does without going all in. Get rid or spike it up.
Looking at your hair line, receding, thinning at the crown. Not massively, but it’s there.
Now, the good. Good skull shape for a shaved head. Decent eye and cheekbone ratio that makes the shaven head look pop.
Strong beard game.
You’ve got a lot going for you for the shave mate. You really do.

Honestly I think the look works as long as you kinda own the “yeah I’m going bald, but I still rock my Mohawk” vibe. If you’re hoping that people don’t notice that you’re thinning because of the Mohawk, I don’t think that’s gonna work. Also kinda depends on who you’re around. I think the guys and gals in black jeans and band shirts (myself included) will see it and say “right on, dude”. The people in khakis and button-downs will probably scoff and tell you to get a real haircut 🤷🏻♂️
Either way, with that beard? You’ll look good as hell fully bald, dude ✌🏻

I was just at an L7 show, and there was 60 year olds with Mohawks. It may surprise you, many of us don’t work in offices, yet are quite successful adults. Some of us are even wealthier than your average mid level management inbound sales call center job. Some of us more than the your average C-Suite dudes. And I mean average. You know how many “one of kind” tech CEOs give nearly identical talks? A mediocre life lived multiple times a day the world over. Pass.
