It was actually Hitsugaya under the illusion that he was Yhwach too. Aizen said I have to get Toshiro to stab Momo just one more time

Well aizen did deactivate KS and it was then he was hit by yhwach, so that was real aizen who got cooked by yhwach,

He could make ywach believe that he deactivated ks with ks. Idk why that wasnt discussed or considered

They are not the audience they did not expect for Yhwach to revive himself after being taken out like that, this is why Aizen lowers his guard and he gets taken out.

Nothing tells you he deactivated it.
Paraphrasing what he said to Shinji: When did you hallucinate he turned off his hallucination lol.
Pretty sure he was still injured bad, though.

Well momo has the one of the best durability feats in the verse. Momo would just tank it and poke her own sword into ywatch. Momo is da goat
