Tauren Weapon Size and more

I started leveling a Tauren on forever and I noticed the char fells different than usual. Can anyone tell me what is going on here?

One looks Gigachad, the other one looks like he needs to take a shit asap! Plus look at the weapon size.

That's main reason to play tauren. I remember one 2h sword from wotlk being so big, the tip was in the ground when tauren had it on it's back.

I think during WoD I made a human cuz the racials were busted but specifically a female cuz the weapons were so disproportionately huge on the tiny character model. From then on I’ve almost always played female even though they changed it

My favorite disproportionate weapon is frostmourne on a female bloodelf in wotlk. Somehow the legendary epic 2h axe that is the culmination of an expansion… looks like a 1handed axe

The SD models in Forever use the Retail skeleton, unfortunately.

On most races it’s fine, but it really makes Tauren look worse. Their arms are now longer and flare out from the torso, which makes their shoulders look narrower and generally less imposing.

And yea, weapons seem like they’re unfortunately smaller. It looks soooo bad, i REALLY hope they implement the SD skeletons eventually.

It’s not just the models. The backgrounds for the character select screen in Classic are so much better than they are in Forever.

I only disagree because the lighting of the classic backgrounds is absolutely terrible for some races like Orcs and Trolls to where you couldn't tell how your character would actually look like ingame until you logged in.
