Aggrend already downloaded it

Aggrend’s obsession with streamers will be the downfall of Forever 100%

11

u/Daxoss 6h ago

Maybe a tad hyperbolic. That being said I don't think its positive. They've gotten drunk on the prospect of free advertisement and it certainly isn't helping the game so far.

31

u/RyanGoosling93 7h ago

Not contesting this claim, but do we know what his stance is on streamers? Sorry if a dumb question, but I’m new and haven’t had time to follow the podcasts closely.

88

u/jimmyjohnga 7h ago

He listens to everyone. People tweet him & he responds. Streamers talk about something, he responds. Reddit has a topic, he responds. I think he is extremely community focused (which also includes streamers).

•

u/Shoelesshobos 2h ago

I’m just gonna say I’m not a streamer I’m a nobody and I’ve had conversations with the guy about shit during WoW Discovery.

I believe he genuinely wants to help the community and make the game good

•

u/handiman87 43m ago

If he does then he shouldn’t be putting streamers on a pedestal. 97% of these guys will jump ship the instant their viewership starts to dip. They aren’t it in for the long haul so their opinions shouldn’t be taken seriously

4

u/Sylvarius 6h ago

It really depends though, during Classic some of the class balance choices were really controversial and he chose not to listen.

-4

u/Prestigious_Lime7450 6h ago

I'm gonna assume this is sarcasm, almost everything they've done has been divisive. Baking Beta Access into the polarizing blue elves and, afaik, requiring it to be purchased to get access at all is a WILD choice that I cannot believe hasn't backfired catastrophically for them. I'm sure they had a really good Q4 though, hope it doesn't cripple them in the long run.

•

u/jimmyjohnga 1h ago

It is not sarcasm. Aggrend himself is a person who works on a team, but is has come to be known as essentially THE PR person for classic wow

24

u/RodChainFurlongAcre 7h ago

You won't get an answer beyond "He interacts with streamers sometimes instead of treating them like the plague, so he must be obsessed with them".

Ironically it's the people in this sub who seem to hate streamers beyond reason who are truly obsessed.

2

u/Zunoth 5h ago

You nailed it, too bad most of the people in this sub don’t have the reading comprehension skills or patients to read more than 1 sentence

•

u/-_-_-_-__--- 4h ago

People that hate become hyper fixated on the person/things they hate and spend all their time talking about it.

9

u/PennFifteen 7h ago

Its not that deep.

2

u/CrustedTesticle 5h ago

And his obsession with making Ret Paladin dogshit (Looking at you, Twist of Light)

•

u/Bxdwfl 4h ago

Not just ret. Holy is some dogshit, and prot ain't far behind 😭

•

u/little_hoe 3h ago

streamers bad

giv updoots

-5

u/Unaware-of-Puns 5h ago

Without streamers there wouldn’t be a wowf. So what now?

•

u/DevlinRocha 4h ago

everyone is saying this, where is the source that he uses this addon? did he say it somewhere?

•

u/PhatBoiBoo 3h ago

They showed a clip of his HC character dying at blizzcon with the addon on screen, easy to find.

•

u/iiyzz 1h ago

Use code #aggrend for 10% off

115

u/remakeprox 8h ago

Even with the disclaimer saying it's not officially supported by or affiliated with Blizzard, it's still weird to see paid addons being advertised. Shouldn't even be allowed in the game

45

u/MeltBanana 6h ago

It technically isn't allowed in the game. It's against ToS to have paid addons.

But Blizzard doesn't enforce it even follow their own ToS (Aggrend himself uses this addon, literally violating ToS of his own game).

11

u/remakeprox 6h ago

Eh paid addons and paywalled functionalities within the addon are against ToS. RestedXP has gotten away with it (and this one will probably do too) because the entire functionality of the addon is free. You just don't get much out of it without the correct textfile guides, which are paid but technically not part of the addon functionality themselves.

12

u/trogger93 6h ago

No, they are against the TOS, you cannot charge for any services even related to an addon. Blizzard just doesn't enforce it.

5

u/Ohmie122 6h ago

I hate to say it but this is misinformation. What restedxp does is not against tos on a technical level because the guides are technically separate from the addon, this is why they do it that way.

9

u/trogger93 6h ago

It is very clearly. Restedxp guides are 'services related to an addon'. How would they possibly not qualify as such?

7

u/mongbatstar 6h ago

The add-on is a guide loader, you can create and load in your own guides or guides from other sources, which as restedxp

5

u/heywhodisis 5h ago

What happens if I get the guide through other means and load it into rxp?

2

u/Jey18_ 5h ago

Then you have a guide, if you google you can download them from multiple sources for free or get it from a friend f.e.

•

u/Rahain 4h ago

Yep, the add on itself is just an arrow that points to locations in order. You can use unpaid guides with it no problem. They also sell paid guides you can plug into it. That’s how they get away with it. Technically all the functionality is there to make your own routes.

-1

u/atomacheart 5h ago

You have defined publishing a guide as a service related to an addon. Others disagree, probably including Blizzard themselves as they haven't taken any action.

4

u/trogger93 5h ago

They've never actioned any addons including clearly paid ones (weakaura packs, streamer addon packs), so there's no evidence of anything they consider against TOS. They just don't enforce it at all.

RXP is also a paid guide that requires an addon I dont see how it is not paying for a service relating to an addon.

2

u/heywhodisis 5h ago

Something something guides aren't services if you believe it enough!!!1

•

u/MertBot 3h ago

Guides are products. A service would be more like a function of the addon to open a storefront from which you can directly purchase and import guides. I can sell you a jpg of a fish if you're willing to buy it, it doesn't make me a fish imaging service.

•

u/BluezDBD 3m ago

RXP is also a paid guide that requires an addon I dont see how it is not paying for a service relating to an addon.

I make an addon that does nothing but display text on the screen, is that now against the rules because I need to pay for the Harry Potter books?

0

u/atomacheart 5h ago edited 5h ago

A configuration of an addon falls under the same category of a paid guide as far as I can see.

I can recreate exactly those configs if I wanted to by putting in the work myself. The addons are the exact same.

You might not see it the same way as them, but the only opinion that matters of that subjective interpretation is Blizzard themselves as it is their policy to enforce.

So either 1 of 2 things are true.

  1. Blizzard interpret their own policy differently than you do.

  2. Blizzard don't care to enforce that specific clause in their policy even if they do think these addons break it.

Either way, the result is that they are ok with the situation.

And the second is less likely in my opinion as they have banned addons for breaking other aspects of the policy (Carbonite and Zygor before they made changes to become allowed), it makes sense that they would also ban them for this one if they actually believed they fall foul of it.

Edit: Also RXP guides don't technically require the addon. It is human readable and you can just follow it yourself by going to the co-ordinates listed.

0

u/trogger93 5h ago

Point 2 is 100%, Blizzard has never cared to enforce their entire addon policy.

•

u/fishbake 4h ago

It's clearly against the spirit of the rule, and Blizzard has the discretion to ban any addon they want. They're just choosing not to.

•

u/schiibbz 3h ago

The loop hole is you're paying for the guide, not the addon.

-4

u/mcbaginns 6h ago

It isn't against ToS. This level of cognitive dissonance is crazy.

Just because you don't like Restedxp, doesn't make it against ToS. Bliz is very clear that guides are a good and not a service and that you can charge for it.

2

u/heywhodisis 5h ago

interesting, if I spend money on other goods in the game I'm banned for some reason. Wonder why that is

•

u/MertBot 3h ago

It's because you're buying an in-game item. A text file on your computer that an addon can read isn't an in-game item, it's a text file on your computer. You can't have gold stored as a file on your PC, it only exists as a part of the game itself, that's the difference.

It's not really that different to having a PDF of a strategy guide that you overlay on top of your WoW window. Having an addon read it and add an arrow to the coordinates doesn't make it an in-game item.

6

u/smartlog 7h ago

They should get some tips from old Chinese wow where they run ads like crazy.

https://www.reddit.com/r/wow/s/4RRbmgh7iK

44

u/Hibernator_X 8h ago

It's run by a cartel and is effectively a rigged rmt event with goofy exploit rules run by a guy whose name is a d--- joke and is being promoted by Blizzard. Not sure why you thought integrity was a thing here.

81

u/InnerVariety2577 8h ago

Everything about this tournament has sucked for forever. Streamers asking for class changes specifically for this tournament and blizzard actually listening and making said changes. They are gonna continue catering to no lifers/ streamers and in 6 months when they all leave the game will suck for casual players

27

u/WongersPhase 8h ago

Blizzard explicitly said the balance team doesn't give a shit about the tournament or level 30 balance

12

u/Vyniron 6h ago

i mean of course they would say that its not like they would come out and say that if they did the outrage would be crazy. actions speak louder than words and its pretty coincidental that we would see and hear streamers crying about something and then blizzard would change it a day later and that happened more than once.

8

u/mcbaginns 6h ago

Almost as if the changes requested impact the game past the level 30 tournament

•

u/WINGSTERR 3h ago

When did that happen, can you give examples

12

u/quagmirranseye 7h ago

Nah Im sure Frost Blast was something the devs thought was super important and had to get priority lol

9

u/WongersPhase 7h ago

The developers have stated multiple times they wanted to add more buttons for frost mage.

4

u/heywhodisis 5h ago

They really need more ways to proc FoF so they can spam insta extremely skillful 2k crits

0

u/WongersPhase 5h ago

Mage is right down at the bottom tier currently, you can check the stats for the tournament lmao

•

u/heatisgross 2h ago

Pretty sure mage was the only class that didn't go 6-0

1

u/Valuable_Berry_8626 7h ago

Curious that all these changes always come after the complaints and excused with "yeah we totally were already going to do it".

Somehow all these things have been in development but come out as buggy messes a week after they are complained about.

18

u/TheCocoBean 7h ago

Half the mages in classic: "This needs fixing blizz"

Streamer: "this needs fixing blizz."

Blizz: "ok so we fixed mages."

R/classic: "They only fix it when the streamers say it"

-6

u/Valuable_Berry_8626 7h ago

Half the mages in classic didn't even know r1 frostbolt was a button you should bind.

3

u/TheCocoBean 7h ago

What I'm saying is, it wasn't -just- streamers saying these things.

4

u/McGreeb 7h ago

Your wasting your breath. People like this want someone to hate and the person in the spotlight is the easiest target.

1

u/xPetr1 6h ago

???

You can still use rank 1 frostbolt at 30 because the level difference is not big enough.

Frostblast is something they added for lvl 60 pvp.

6

u/quagmirranseye 6h ago

You can but your proc chances are miniscule, which is why frost blast was added with normal proc chances.

1

u/xPetr1 6h ago

They are not miniscule, the level difference is not big enough. Rank 1 frostbolt is still completely fine at 30.

6

u/MinimumInternal838 7h ago

Blizzard has NEVER lied.  EVER. /s

-2

u/WongersPhase 6h ago

You sound like the delusional chief data miner from wowhead

5

u/MinimumInternal838 6h ago

Just a grump millennial who's seen it all since the beginning

2

u/SirDecros 5h ago

Yet they give xaryu his own ability. Weird.

0

u/WongersPhase 5h ago

Cope more lmao

-8

u/FitAd6887 8h ago

Yet they balanced based on the level 30 bracket. They suck streamers

15

u/WongersPhase 8h ago

They didn't, you're just delusional

3

u/essjay281 7h ago

Cmon their actions and words dont align at all.

"Doesn't give a shit about tournament." Id prefer they didn't but...

moved the stress test so server was stable for it.

sussy patchnotes

used dev time to make the duel area instead of making the game better.

did the pvp pod 2 days before tournament.

literally had the tournament organiser saying saying blizzard are trying to hotfix an issue because of the tournament. But not likely to hit until tomorrow.

2

u/MarcAbaddon 6h ago

Stress test is on different hardware, lol.

2

u/Solo-ish 6h ago

Correlation does not equal causation

-10

u/FitAd6887 8h ago

You missed some patch notes the last few weeks.

7

u/PPLifter 8h ago

What are your examples?

-11

u/FitAd6887 8h ago

Penance, Ice Lance, Racials, SP on Wands.

7

u/NommySed 7h ago

Bruh. They literally admited wands were bugged and they definetely dont want every single caster class to level with wands over spells.

Racials got nerfed cause this whole subreddit was bitching about them, and it was almost every time talking about endgame sims, not the tournament.

Ice Lance is genuinely bs and needed nerfs.

Penance was awkward and even on podcast they mentioned smite priest in their raids did too well as a dps. So yeah, that also wasnt tournament.

5

u/Turbulent-Leading-34 7h ago

Penance was so broken it doesn’t take a genius to see that it would be the same at 60. You’re a clown for thinking it wasn’t a problem. Ice was doing 100% more damage than it should’ve and nerfed in last patch. And before ice lance was doing no damage because crit was bugged in PvP. Not everything is a conspiracy that it’s for streamers unless you’re making it up in your head

11

u/PPLifter 8h ago

How are they specifically balance changes for this tournament rather than balance changes during a beta?

-24

u/FitAd6887 8h ago

Because you don’t touch classes in a normal beta. It’s for bugs, not dor tuning in a level 30 bracket.

13

u/PPLifter 8h ago

Blizzard have historically changed classes during their betas

5

u/PennFifteen 7h ago

Nope. They have said multiple times they are balancing for end game as well. Theyre not making changes for this tournament. You guys are delusional

3

u/Scarbrow 7h ago

Hehehe hahaha hohoho

1

u/GreatBandito 8h ago

They delivered on their design goals of not having weird unexpected interactions the player is just supposed to "know" and really shouldn't be in the game like casting a lvl 1 version of a spell in PvP. If they wanted it to exist, change it and make it not a weird side case like they did the the new Mage spell

•

u/handiman87 47m ago

Were you born yesterday or something?

-13

u/InnerVariety2577 8h ago

They shouldn't be making changes to classes period. Beta is for bugs not class tuning. No reason to tune classes based on the opinion of 25% of the forever player base.

-1

u/Howsetheraven 6h ago

Oh, awesome! I didn't know I could do whatever the fuck I want as long as I explicitly say I'm doing otherwise. Didn't know my words had that much power over reality. Or is that just reserved for multi-billion dollar tech companies?

15

u/whoxcaresxixdont 8h ago

Lol for anyone who ever used joanas guide, this addon looks copy pasted, same UI with there little brand on it instead of joanas hunter

22

u/julian88888888 8h ago

according to Tom in the Joanna discord
“@everyone They're our partners - rebrand - licensed - Joana's Guides continues - Journey is authorized”

•

u/ianxplosion- 3h ago

Holy shit

11

u/Ashkir 5h ago

It’s weird for me that they still run a stream pretending to be Joana when the real Joana, Paul is dead.

9

u/Mirix1692 7h ago

WHO CARES

10

u/Zunoth 7h ago

Blizzard isn’t hosting the tournament

15

u/Blobeh 6h ago

Im so fucking confused, you guys realize this is a community made event right? Blizzard isn't running it. The streamers are advertising, not Blizzard.

•

u/fishbake 4h ago

Blizzard is either endorsing it or they're choosing not to enforce their own rules against community tournaments with large prize pools (>$25k), according to their own EULA.

•

u/Blobeh 4h ago

All they have to do is allow it, that doesnt mean theyre a part of it

•

u/fishbake 4h ago

Allowing it requires written permission from Blizzard, again as stipulated in Blizzard's End User License Agreement / Community Competition License. By giving that permission, they are tacitly endorsing it.

9

u/Sea_Advantage_2577 7h ago

Streamers are a plague

4

u/MediocreSumo 7h ago

where you think the base 50k is coming from?
Thats what sponsors are for.

10

u/Pitiful_Airport_5458 8h ago

Fuck the streamers and tipsout

6

u/Specialist-Hyena8345 5h ago

Who do you think pays the pricepool?

•

u/cptnhanyolo 3h ago

Let's not call it a community event then. Lets call it a streamer event with sponsored content.

•

u/Easygame_Easylife 1h ago

I mean it's called a community event and it's financed by the community. They didn't call it a blizzard tournament.

4

u/Ill_Bookkeeper_5161 6h ago

They participated to the prizepool.

2

u/ButteryMalez 6h ago

This is what the tournament was all about. Tips didn't donate 100k, he invested 100k.

7

u/Debatably_Doable 6h ago

I'm confused by your comment.

Of course they are going to generate sponsor revenue to cover the costs and generate a return.

None of the above means the tournament wasn't explicitly created to create a community event.

No-one drops $50k (not 100k) on a project without some confidence it'll be successful in both event AND returns.

-7

u/ButteryMalez 5h ago

it's ok to be confused, I hope your brain starts working better sometime soon, best wishes

0

u/Debatably_Doable 5h ago

Go back to your fleshlight, buddy.

2

u/Coravel 7h ago

Blizzard has no control over what the streamers advertise, they cant just suddenly end their stream. You should be pissed at the streamers supporting it.

secondly, a paid leveling guide addon is a grey area in their terms of service and has been since 2009 for the sole fact that the guide portion is not code whereas the harness that reads it, is. If you want to be mad at blizzard for not updating their addon TOS since 2009 for this loophole.. then go ahead, but don't pretend like the streamer advertisements during a streamer/player ran, non blizzard sanctioned, tournament are their problem.

•

u/fishbake 4h ago

They have the power to ban the tournament, if they had GMs at least. It's either in clear violation of the Community Competition License (which is part of the EULA) or Blizzard is outright endorsing the tournament.

•

u/Salamander115 2h ago

You’re right they should stop this free marketing campaign happening for their new IP launch. Microsoft would love to hear that. Grow up you soft little baby. Some of us are enjoying this!

•

u/Coravel 3h ago

Just because blizzard has approved the running of the tournament, doesn't mean they get to decide what the streamers advertise. Blizzard can only control things relating to, specifically, the tournament. So things like, who can be a sponsor, how much can be sponsored, entry fee's, prizing, revenue, name of the tournament/event, where the tournament specifically can be shown.

Blizzard, legally, can only control things relating to the tournament and this tournament isn't a violation of the CCL. They obtained permission from blizzard for running it exactly as they are. If they didn't blizzard would've shut it down.

So again, the streamers advertising a paid addon, sits in their TOS grey area, and you should be mad at them. The tournament is following blizzard's rules for its conduct in the game.

•

u/fishbake 3h ago

Blizzard, legally, has full control over the game and can enforce whatever rules they like.

Blizzard may, in its sole discretion, at any time, and without notice, change, revoke or cancel this Community Competition License and/or any right licensed under it.

If they don't want something advertised in the tournament, they can have a GM deep sleep every player in the area and teleport them all to the far corners of Azeroth, and then threaten bans if they try to continue the tournament.

•

u/Coravel 3h ago

You said it yourself in the first line, OVER THE GAME. Blizzard can only legally control what happens within the game. There is ZERO chance, they say you can't stream our game on twitch, ever.

the only thing outside the game they have control of, is where they want it to be shown, to get their stamp of approval or who is allowed to sponsor. They can't control other entities like twitch, because of their EULA. That also applies to twitches policies where streamers can advertise whatever products they want within their policy.

•

u/fishbake 3h ago

Well what are they going to be streaming if Blizzard removes them from the game? That's my point. Blizzard controls the game, and if the people running and competing in the tournament can't access the game, then there is no tournament.

•

u/Coravel 3h ago

The post is about being angry about the paid leveling guide addon being advertised during the tournament, not the tournament itself.

These are two separate things. One has a stamp of approval by blizzard and they can only control what happens in game.

The second is a legal gray area that hasn't been addressed since 2009 and they sure as hell aren't going to stop the publicity of the game over a gray area.

•

u/fishbake 2h ago

The paid leveling guide is being advertised during the tournament, therefore it is part of the tournament. Blizzard may not have any power over the streams directly, but they do have power over the game. If they are unhappy about the addon being advertised, they have the ability to apply pressure to the tournament runners to either stop advertising it or risk having the tournament stopped.

As for your last point, that goes back to my original post. By doing nothing, they are basically saying they are okay with the paid addon.

•

u/WINGSTERR 3h ago

Do you realize how everyone would absolutely hate Blizzard if they did that?

You are the type of guy to be here after they've done that and complain about it, now they didn't do that, so you complain about something else instead

Wake up

1

u/WongersPhase 7h ago

The add-on is free, the guide you choose to load into it can be paid or it can be free. It's your choice which guide you load into the add-on.

1

u/iphonesoccer420 5h ago

What even is the addon? Isn’t it RXP? Hasn’t that been out forever anyway?

•

u/No_Foundation16 3h ago

Now you are here on reddit advertising Restedxp OP LOL

•

u/DushkuHS 2h ago

People pay to advertise things that bring them money. It makes the most sense to do so to those who might actually be interested.

GJ OP

•

u/olov244 2h ago

everything is monetized, welcome to 2026

•

u/FakePlasticPyramids 2h ago

Rav advertising the same in his videos.

•

u/FixBlackLotusBlizz 33m ago

aggrend is a big support of RXP guys / HC so it makes sense

1

u/FitAd6887 8h ago

Aggrend approves! He’s obsessed with streamers and with RMT.

0

u/Bitter-Lawfulness260 6h ago

dungeon xp nerf def make sense now.

1

u/Waterisyummy22 5h ago

Are you new to the internet ? Paid addons have been pushed by streamers for years

•

u/Raptor_Jetpack 3h ago

anyone that needs a leveling guide is a giga-loser lol, the game aint that hard.

and anyone that PAYS for one is an even bigger loser.

•

u/Frekavichk 1h ago

Tbh I'd probably uninstall if I had to quest without an arrow to follow. It's such a horrible leveling experience.

•

u/lzero8 43m ago

Yeah ppl complaining are just losers lol who gives af what guide or addon someone uses

•

u/Freetshirtsplz 30m ago

Watch out, cool guy coming through.

People who've played the game for 20 years love to pretend it's obvious you need to pick up a specific quest before you walk 20 minutes to a new zone.

-1

u/Gyshall669 7h ago

Do you guys actually care if people use paid addons?

•

u/Cautious-Dig6379 3h ago

Who the fuck cares?? Dont but the addon? Some of you need to touch grass

-1

u/Calm-Inevitable3341 7h ago

the devs are complicit. fuck this game

-3

u/mcbaginns 6h ago

You OK bud? How does the existence of Restedxp affect you? Just don't use it and quest natty and enjoy your 15 day journey to 60.

-1

u/Waterisyummy22 5h ago

Top 1% always with delusional takes

-1

u/hellyeah222 6h ago

This is not an official Blizzard tournament. Why would the tournament organizers NOT attract sponsors? Are paid Addons against ToS?

6

u/Trymv1 6h ago

Yes, they are.

1

u/mcbaginns 6h ago

Only thing is this isn't a paid addon and hasn't been for decades.

The guides are goods not services. You can pay for goods related to an addon.

0

u/Paintballreturns 6h ago

Yeah, its a very obvious loophole that blizzard wont close because streamers make money off it.

•

u/MertBot 3h ago

Paid guides were a thing long before justin.tv existed

•

u/WINGSTERR 3h ago

Why do you think blizzard cares so much about streamers?

You are so obsessed with streamers because of your jealousy and it shows

•

u/ianxplosion- 3h ago

This is not an official Blizzard tournament, they’re just facilitating the teleportation to the arenas kek

•

u/Warm_Light_9359 2h ago

Such a nothing burger of a post. Literally just reaching for anything to be mad out, some of yall need some fresh air.

•

u/Garlic_egg 1h ago

I don't even care for dungeons and even I'm shaking my head at how the people that make the addon hang out regularly with the wow dev that is nerfing dungeon xp.

Like there is a big conflict of interests there and it makes so much sense why they keep dragging their feet on giving it a proper fix

•

u/Warm_Light_9359 13m ago

dawg what are you even saying

•

u/handiman87 47m ago

Such a nothing burger of a comment. Literally just reaching for anything to be mad about, some of yall need some fresh air.

•

u/eer_00 2h ago

"200-Day Streak,"

-3

u/Snoo-28829 8h ago

Welcome to wow. Retail has "paid addons" only subscribe to my patron for full UI setup. Classic also has it. This is not new

-1

u/Zunoth 7h ago

That’s not an addon, it’s an important string.

I use Atrocity because I’m too lazy to set up my own, Amazon prime easy free sub and move on with your life and never think about it again

0

u/Snoo-28829 7h ago

You still "paid" for that setup....

•

u/InfectedShadow 4h ago

Yeah you pay for that person's specific settings they put together. The add-ons you import them into are free and you're free to just recreate their style manually.

1

u/mcbaginns 6h ago

That's not how it works. You're over simplifying it.its a good related to an addon. Not a service. Therefore allowed. Blizzard is very clear that guides are explicitly not against ToS. It's not a grey area just because you don't like their decision

0

u/AspirantRK 6h ago edited 5h ago

What paid addon? or is this more crazy restedxp misinformation lmao

It's a new addon that's functionally very similar to RXP/Zygor is my understanding. Same deal - quest helper with the ability to plug in arbitrary guide content, with the addon author offering paid guides to plug in if you want.

Addon is free. You can download it right now on curse for free. Stop lying

You can download a useless version so idiots like you say "it's free" while they actively advertise discount codes on the stream.

The addon is free like Rested XP, how is it no one cares when Rested XP sponsors YouTubers/Streamers and even aggrend uses it but now it's a problem ? lol people are something else

I care about that too

Real question is why do you care, it literally does not affect you at all

Where is your pitchfork and posts on classic/forever subs then

Anyone can create whatever script for the addon they want. They provide you with a ready base to use and import your own leveling guide into. Why not take advantage and do that?

u/mcbaginns 6h ago

Because they cant. They're entitled and want it for free or for it to not exist at all if they can't get it for free. Casuals who scorn minmaxxing simultaneously hate being out minmaxxed

the addon is free, the guides are not, how is this hard to understand? its not against tos to have guides be paid, it is against tos to have an addon be paid, stay mad.

The amount of manbabies on this sub is wild

This many posts about addons cam only be done as an advertisement themselves for these addons. Like it is my opinion that these posts are done to advertise the addon itself.

Like who the hell cares. Use it if you want. Or don't.
