I get 7 sick days and 15 vacation days plus a solo floater day that I can just use.

Also get a Birthday Holiday which is just a floating holiday you can use any work day of your birth month 1 u/ggouge 9h ago Oh that birthday one is nice I just get a cake. Not on my birthday they just do a cake a month for everyone's birthday
