It's my first time through the book. I've been getting back into Homestuck, and I read about how some of that comic's characters actually heavily pull from the novel's themes, and the movie is nostalgic for me because I often watched it at my dad's house growing up, so I figured it was worth a read.
Do you have a link to the other parts of this comic? I checked your profile but I didn't see them.
Edit: Accidentally made this a standalone comment instead of a reply. Mobile Reddit is wonky sometimes
There's questing 1-5 https://triapul.cz/misco/ . You may have to look around. They are mostly one-offs.
There is also kitty odysseus, but I took a break from that one because everyone would be comparing it to Nolan's Odyssey. https://triapul.cz/kitty_odysseus/
When I made the comment initially it was a standalone by accident, so I quickly deleted it and pasted the text as a proper reply. Since OP would have gotten notifications for both I included the edit to say why

I literally have the Neverending Story book sitting next to me. I was taking a Reddit break between chapters.
Fun fact: much like this comic, the horse can talk in the book. Also Atreyu was green.
