If you are imagining flowers and running through airports, you need to stop dating. It is ok to be disappointed when you meet, but you are going way beyond that.
It is not healthy and does not actually allow you to meet the person in front of you. Projecting a future with someone you don’t know is setting yourself up for real grief and wastes your own time. Therapy might help reset your over-willingness to fall for someone; you need to be way less emotionally invested and evaluate people before you start forming attachments.
